Policy's
hi*All our products are guinea pig and rabbit friendly unless stated otherwise on the packaging.
*We hand made and pack all of our items, and they are whole and well made at dispatch, and breaking is due to postage handling, therefore do not offer a replacement
*But,
Any items with mould, bad breakage, will will refund the item and send out completely free of charge.
*We do not offer refunds, only replacements.
*If you receive the wrong parcel, we will send you out the correct one, and you can keep the wrong one. Our way of saying sorry.
*We use Parcel To Go courier service or yodels courier service which will take 3-5 working days to arrive with you.
*We aim to post out the next working day of your order!
*We will keep you updated with the courier service where we can, and you will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date. This does not mean it will be delivered on that exact date.
*If your parcel hasn't arrived however, 7 days past the estimated delivery date, we will send you the parcel out again, and if the original does arrive, keep it as a sorry for the inconvenience.
*If on the chance a replacement parcel also doesn't arrive within the same conditions as above, then we will refund your order. (This excludes the postage charge however)
*The weights for the products may not be exact, but will be near to the suggested weight on packaging.
• orders made after opening times will be processed the following day!
• all orders are processed on the day of the order (or following day) and aimed to be dispatched, or ready to be collected on the following day.
• All products are hand made, dehdyrated, and packed with love, but sometimes if we have larger amounts of orders, we may need to make them there and then for the orders as we have none premade already, or we may have alot of packing to do, which means we may have 3-5 days for dispatch/collection, but you will be kept up to date throughout the process so you are made aware.
