All terms and conditions of this agreement shall be binding on the heirs, agents and assigns of [Client.Name] and [Sender.Name].
This Pet Temporary Care Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the local authorities.
Each party fully consents to the laws and prior to any legal filings will mediate in good faith to resolve disputes.

Any photo's etc took while under the care of Guinea Garden, is permitted to be used in any media run by Guinea Garden, such as Facebook posts, and the website.
If the pet shall in any form become ill or if the state of the animal’s health otherwise requires attention, Guinea Garden at its sole discretion, is authorized to engage the services of the local veterinarian provided as part of this Pet Temporary care/ Foster Contract, however costs will need to be covered by the owner named on the form above.
Owner will pay all costs and charges for special services/needs requested, and for any vetanary care needed during the stay at Guinea Garden.
If an emergency arises and Vet care is needed, the owner will be contacted immediately and the potential costs will need to be covered preferably before by the owner, on initial contact from Guinea Garden.
If the Owner is unable to be reached, Guinea Garden promises to meet any emergency costs needed such as vet care, of which the owner will meet at a later point before the care of the animal is realeased back to owner care.
Guinea Garden has the right to continue care of the animal if any emergency costs and charges have not been met by the owner.
Owner represents that the pet has not been exposed to rabies or distemper within 30 days prior to the stay.
Owner specifically represents that they lawfully own pets listed in this Pet Temporary Care/ Foster Agreement to the best of their knowledge.
Owner will be held solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior Including aggression that takes place during the care here at Guinea Garden.
Guinea Garden promises to take steps to prevent any acts of behaviours such as aggression, using the details provided on booking and common sense and knowledge, however if any acts lead to extra costs such as vet care, this is of the responsibility of the owner to cover, as Guinea Garden doesn't hold responsibility for unavoidable or/and accidental animal behaviour.
If the owners animal is placed with a cagemate i.e for bonding reasons, and injury occurs to either party, it is a mutual standing that both parties cover the costs of the guinea pigs they are responsible for.
If I partake in allowing Guinea Garden to bond my guinea pig/s on site, I understand this could take up to a week or more, and I accept Guinea Garden will do their best to reduce the risk of injury during that time, however injury make occur, and this is not due to Guinea Garden been neglectful, but due to the fact they are animals and unpredictable at times.
It is Guinea Gardens responsibility to treat and care for any injuries during this time, in whichever way that is deemed in the best interest of the animal/s, but it is the owners responsibility to cover the costs.
If you partake in a bonding session, under false pretences, which leads to the guinea pig/s been requested back as a lone guinea pig, or if refusal to adhere to the adoption fee once bonding has been successfully here at Guinea Garden, then Guinea Garden holds the right to hold onto your guinea pig until a suitable and appropriate solution has been arranged.
If the Guinea pig/s are fostered with us, come to us through any false pretences, mis-leading details and/or information, you will be required to cover the costs of care while with us. If this causes reason for the welfare for the guinea pig then Guinea Garden holds the right to refuse return of the Guinea Pig until appropriate measures and/or changes and/or an appropriate solution has been met.
The owner understands that temporary care is a form of helping the community by caring for the animals. This is not a form of business and all money handed over is a suggested donation fee that goes back into running the rescue. Guinea Garden, is not insured for any business related care such as boarding insurance, as this is an act of kindness and not a business venture. However this does mean that you as the owner are solely responsible for the animals welfare during their stay, so will be contacted immediately if any issues arise, however Guinea Garden will never let your animal become poorly and promises to always make a vet trip, or take appropriate action regardless.
Please note that if veterinary care is needed while your animals stay with us, you will be contacted and walked through the process.
Any payment charges from the vet will be asked of you before payment from the vet is due, and you will be expected to pay for the treatment!
If you do not make payment, we have the right to refuse handover of the animal!
If we are unable to see your own vet, we will be using our own vet 'Cottage Springs'
During the animals stay with you, you promise that either you or your emergency contact are able to get to us and pick up if need be, and cover emergency costs if need be.
If you or your emergency contact becomes uncontactable during the animals stay, then Guinea Garden holds all right to add on additional costs deemed appropriate to cover the cost of inconvenience caused for the rescue.
If your Guinea Pig is under temporary care for a bonding session, you acknowledge and understand the process and involvement with another guinea pig for bonding guinea pigs.
If your animal is in our care due to a service we are providing you, such as nail clipping, you understand the process. You are agreeing to having read and signed the service form and terms and conditions.
Guinea Garden asks that you provide food, bedding, and housing where possible, but will provide where needed.
If the animal is a hutch animal, such as Guinea pigs, Rabbits, and Ferrets, then Guinea Garden can house them, but if you can provide housing we would appreciate that to keep housing for the rescues and surrenders at the rescue.
If the animal is a Guinea Pig, Rabbit, or Hamster, we are happy to provide the food, but would appreciate where you can help, as the food will otherwise come from the sanctuary food.
Guinea Garden is happy to provide bedding for all animals, however, it will come in the form of whatever we have available at the time, so recommend you bring your own bedding where possible.
Any animals outside of what's stated above, cages, food etc will need to be provided for, as the rescue is not equipped, or advanced information needs to be passed to us so we can be prepared.
By completing the form, owner agrees to all terms and conditions listed in this Contract
